Norsk Jazzforlag became reality after an idea from Hilde Hefte. When doing some research into Norwegian publishers, looking for already published Norwegian jazz, she discovered that the Norwegian jazz heritance was sadly neglected. Once she had had the idea, things started moving.
We will first of all consentrate on publishing music books containing original compositions by our great jazzmusicians and composers.
