About

As part of a Dramatic Presentation of Aesthetic Realism, a thrilling interview with concert and jazz flutist Barbara Allen, by Dr. Edward Green, from the Hellenic Journal of Music, Education, and Culture, will be presented, with musical examples. Also on the programme will be a dramatic reading of a lecture given by Eli Siegel, titled "American Things Are Related." In this powerful lecture, Eli Siegel spoke of John Drinkwater's play "Abraham Lincoln" [about the Emancipation Proclamation], James Fenimore Cooper's "Deerslayer, and Edna St. Vincent Millay's magnificent poem "Justice Denied in Massachusetts" [about Sacco & Vanzetti].
