Bright Noise EP Release at Cornelia Street Cafe

Led by Scotsman Ben Bryden, Bright Noise are part of a growing scene characterized by alternative rock influences and odd time signatures. This young group features original music that ranges from euphoric grooves to melancholy atmospheric melodies intertwined with high octane improvisation. Their forthcoming performance at Cornelia Street Cafe will mark the launch of their self-titled EP and for the occasion they will be joined by special guests Ben Wendel (Kneebody, Tigran Hamasyan, Snoop Dogg) and Chris Lightcap (Regina Carter, Mark Turner, Paul Motian).

After honing his skills at Manhattan School of Music, as well as venues such as Zinc, The Iridium and Le Poisson Rouge, Ben has appeared with Kenny Wollesen’s ‘Wollesonics’ and ‘Himalayas’ as well as guesting with the Dan Weiss Trio and Les Paul.
