This month honors the history of the LES and at,
ABC no Rio, we are celebrating by honoring the
composer Gaetano Daga, who lived in the building
in the 1800s. His one extant work is "Union Blues
Quick Step" and all improv this month is based on
that tune.

The messeYansemble approaches this task with
compositions by etg and bruce golden that are
derangements of UBQS with the players' improvs
based on it as best as can.
