The Brooklyn Music School Jazz Series is back for another series of FREE, live, outdoor, โhappy hourโ concerts on select Fridays.
World-class musicians and faculty from the nearby powerhouse will set your weekend off right with live sounds featuring jazz standards and original tunes. And if you have musical chops, youโre invited to jam along with them!
Drummer Brian Woodruff, the Percussion Chair at BMS, returns to kick off this year's series, at Fowler Square. He has performed with Oscar Perez and Kuriko Tsugawa in the OKB Trio, which recently released a studio CD, "The Ing..." in April, 2018.
