The Brooklyn Music School Jazz Series is back for another series of FREE, live, outdoor, “happy hour” concerts on select Fridays.

World-class musicians and faculty from the nearby powerhouse will set your weekend off right with live sounds featuring jazz standards and original tunes. And if you have musical chops, you’re invited to jam along with them!

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Rafael Rosa (guitar, bass, piano, percussion) moved to New York City to pursue a graduate degree at age 25. Rafael has enjoyed extensive success as a performing musician including with Luba Mason’s Mixtura, several Off-Broadway musicals, the Afro-Peruvian group Karachacha and the Rafael Rosa Group. His critically acclaimed debut record “Portrait” was released in January, 2014.
