Bird Amongst the Blossom- a Tribute to The Blossom Dearie Songbook at United Solo Theater Festival

Singer Jaye Maynard pays homage to the wised-up baby-doll jazz stylings of the late Blossom Dearie, with Jon Delfin on Dearies own piano, and Leon Lee Dorsey accompanying her on bass as Maynard interprets "The First Blossom Dearie Songbook," containing songs written for and by her by Bob Dorough, Johnny Mercer, Dave Frishberg, and of course Dearie herself.
