Since arriving in NY four years ago trumpeter and vocalist Bria Skonberg has earned a Jazz Journalists’ Association nomination for “Up and Coming Jazz Artist of The Year", a New York Bistro Award for “Outstanding Jazz Artist”, topped the Hot House Jazz Magazine Fans' Decision for Jazz Artist, Trumpet, Female Vocalist and Best Group and was twice named a DOWNBEAT Rising Star.
