Enjoy an evening of jazz by the Charu Suri Trio in the West Village with standards and new "raga" influenced pieces inspired by India.
About this Event
Come and celebrate Charu's birthday through a live performance of beloved standards and new pieces featuring two world-renowned singers, Apoorva Mudgal and Danielle Erin Rhodes. Cake and Champagne reception to follow.
The concert itself is free but a donation to the band is suggested in lieu of gifts. The trio's debut album, Lollipops for Breakfast, is on Spotify and iTunes, and won a Global Music Award.
