Chilean-born pianist Coto Pincheira is an internationally-known pianist and musical leader with over 20 years of education and experience playing a variety of styles, including classical, jazz, Afro-Cuban jazz, Cuban salsa, and pop music. After rigorous music schooling during his childhood and teenage years, at 24 he headed to Havana, Cuba, for 10 years, working with renowned musicians like Hilario Duran, Ruben Gonzales, Frank Emilio, and playing for artists like Omara Portuondo, Oscar Valdes, Los Papines, Bamboleo, and Diakara. ..
