The Creole Cookin' Jazz Band plays hot music, Dixieland, and swing of the 1920s, 30s, and 40s. The six-piece acoustic group includes Steve Elmer (piano), Lee Lorenz (cornet), Ernie Lumer (clarinet), Dick Dreiwitz (trombone), Skip Muller (bass), and Ed Bonoff (drums).
