The Famous Accordion Orchestra is an accordion ensemble led by composer/accordionist Bob Goldberg, that bridges the traditional and the post-modern.
The Orchestra’s repertoire covers a broad spectrum that includes Bach, Rossini, Offenbach, Stephen Foster, Duke Ellington, Aaron Copland, Paolo Conte, Leonard Bernstein, Guy Klucevsek, Lars Hollmer, Andy Statman, Geno Delafose, and Kraftwerk, as well as original compositions and folk tunes from American, Balkan, Klezmer, Basque, and Italian traditions.
