Gildaa lives in the eyes of those who watch her, between France and Brazil. Her memory is like a temperamental telephone: it doesn't always pick up. She sings in two languages but thinks backwards. A satirical poet, at the crossroads of chanson and baile funk, she drinks with jazz and RnB, and breaks down the boundaries of concert performance. Gildaa habite dans l’oeil de celui qui la regarde, entre la France et le Brésil. Sa mémoire est comme un téléphone capricieux : ça capte pas toujours.

Elle chante bilingue mais pense à l’envers. Poétesse satirique, au carrefour de la Chanson et du Baile funk, elle boit un verre avec du Jazz et du RnB, et éclate les frontières du concert.

Elle n’est vraiment chez elle que sur scène, dans son esprit, où absurde et mystique sont intimement liés, territoire où, enfin, tout le monde se rassemble. C’est le public qui donne vie à Gildaa.
