Hannah Read is a songwriter and musician from Edinburgh, Scotland. Having grown up playing fiddle music, classical and jazz in Scotland, Paris, and Boston, she captures a level of honesty in her songs that incorporates these diverse influences. Hannah's original music retains her folk music roots while pushing boundaries of sound design and harmonic exploration. The results are timeless and relatable.
Hannah has toured the world extensively as a side-musician and bandleader in Norway, Sweden, France, Canada, throughout the UK, Texas, and the East Coast of the United States. She is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music, and currently lives in New York City.
