About
Harvey Diamond, makes a rare NY appearence. Legendary within the jazz community, he plays with a combination of technique, intellect, patience, subtlety and heart. Harvey has played with the likes of Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie. He was one of Lennie Tristano's last students in the 1970's and described as "a hero" in the Boston music scene.
Joining him will be bassist Marcus McLaurine and drummer Brian Adler for an evening of standards, and improvisations.
