Bassist John Menegon had the unique experience of spending ten years working with the late, great Texas tenors Dewey Redman and David “Fathead” Newman. Menegon is now releasing his new CD on Dot Time Records Blew By Blues with his group “Quartet East”
This new project explores the music of Charlie Haden and features six original compositions dedicated to the late, great bassist.
