The 10th Annual Latin American Cultural Week (LACW) will open with a rousing performance featuring artists from Venezuela, Argentina, Uruguay and the USA, celebrating the rich culture and heritage of Latin American music and dance. Established artists will share the stage with WHIN Music Project talented young musicians. LACW is presented by PAMAR (Pan American Musical Art Research), founded and directed since 1984, by Polly Ferman.
