Campello’s main project Chinese Cookie Poets is a part of a new experimental-music scene in Rio de Janeiro, associated with the label Quintavant and the club Audio Rebel. As music critic Cliff Allen noted, their Danza Cava album is “a wonderful, cherished document of genre-busting brazilian free music.”

OKKYUNG LEE, a New York-based artist and South Korea native, has created a body of work blurring genre boundaries through collaborations and compositions while pushing the limitation of contemporary cello performance techniques. As described by Ben Ratliff of the New York Times, "You’re not hearing traditional technique, but you are hearing an excellent musician’s physical and emotional connection to her instrument. You’re inside the connection, basically."

Since moving to New York in 2000, Lee has released more than 20 albums including the latest solo record Ghil produced by Lasse Marhaug on EditionsMego/Ideologic Organ, Noisy Love Songs (for George Dyer) on Tzadik.
