Ghana-born, Denver-based drummer/composer Paa Kow (pronounced Pah-Ko) returns to New York City to perform at the prestigious Club Bonafide for a special 2-set performance! Currently on tour in the US, Paa Kow has toured Africa, Europe and the US, having shared stages with both African and American luminaries, including Kojo Antwi, Hugh Masekela and Victor Wooten. Called by Colorado Daily “a fiend behind the drumkit,” Paa Kow is known around the world for fusing Ghanaian Highlife with Jazz, Salsa, Funk, and Calypso to create his unique Afro-Fusion sound.
