His composition work for film, theater and dance has been supported by awards from Chamber Music America New Works, NYSCA and the National Endowment for the Arts. He has recorded and performed with David Byrne, John Zorn, Marc Ribot, Carter Burwell, Arlo Guthrie Steven Bernstien, ZION 80, Theodosii Spassov, Roberto Rodriguez, So Called, Ben Folds Five, and many others in the New York scene.
