About

Known for his eclectic style, Davidson has a history of exploring tango, klezmer, classical, Latin, and jazz in his compositions. For his new album Journey to Rio, Davidson flew to Rio de Janeiro with his producer and label mate, Pablo Aslan. The recordings took place over 6 days and the pair hired some of Rio's finest musicians to play on the album. The result was a 28-track melding of Brazilian and French music and the album is released on Davidson's own label, Sounbrush Records.
