Susan Wagner High School is completing a two month residency with Arturo O'Farrill and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra. We have spent the last two months working on Arturo's original compositions, while our students worked side by side with his orchestra members in private lessons, sectional rehearsals, improvisation combo groups, and full band rehearsals with Arturo. This culminating event is the product of their hard work and a truly special opportunity to perform along side some of the most outstanding musicians in the world.
