On June 10th the New Orleans Swamp Donkeys left the Big Easy for their tour of the U.S. and Europe. During the tour, the band will be releasing an album recorded earlier this year with actress Alia Shawkat. The new release - A Fine Romance EP - pays homage to the classic Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong duets. It will be released on July 7th in conjunction with their Indiegogo campaign.

The New Orleans Swamp Donkeys Traditional "Jass" Band are comprised of six musical virtuosi-all in their 20s-who play traditional jazz, blues, "jass" originals, vaudeville, modern jazz adaptations, and other jazz and New Orleans- derived styles.
