The Washington Square Music Festival swings into an evening with The New York City Jazzharmonic, the BIG sound of a 17 piece big band including some of New York's hottest young players including Lucas Pino and Nick Finzer, lead by Ron Wasserman, performing music from American Jazz composers of many times, including Scott Joplin, Billy Strayhorn, Count Basie, Woody Herman, John Philip Sousa and a recreation of the famed 1938 Carnegie Hall performance by Benny Goodman of "Sing, Sing, Sing." This FREE show will be FULL so ARRIVE EARLY and grab a spot!
