Tim plays an influential role at Berklee College of Music where he mentors new generations of musicians with his creative concepts and musical approaches. At Berklee, Tim played and collaborated with guitar legend Mick Goodrick with whom he co-authored the highly acclaimed and influential book Creative Chordal Harmony for Guitar (Berklee Press/Hal Leonard).
Well known for his trio performances, Tim also plays original music with his quartet and musicians from a variety of genres ranging from modern jazz to progressive rock. His distinct sound resonates in a wide variety of musical contexts.
