Hosted by award winning songwriter Victoria Shaw, Under The Covers has become a favorite recurring highlight at Birdland, featuring a wide variety oftop-selling songwriters and musical acts from across the pop, rock and country worlds, and offering intimate acoustic performances of huge hit songs - along with the little-known stories behind them. This event is part of the Broadway at Birdland concert series.
Special guests will be Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr of Blue Sky Riders, a musical trio that also includes singer/songwriters Kenny Loggins. The band released their debut album, Finally Home, on their own record label, 3 Dream Records, on January 29, 2013.
