The Williamsburg Salsa Orchestra is a stunning 11-piece band which redefines indie rock classics by infusing them with the classic beats and sounds of salsa music. With an ever-evolving set list that includes songs by Arcade Fire, Animal Collective, The Black Keys, LCD Soundsystem, Spoon, and many more, the WSO has taken the typical salsa form and modified it with a contemporary aesthetic. The WSO released its Debut Album in 2011, and has garnered international praise and recognition, making many "Best of The Year" lists and establishing the band as a groundbreaking global voice.
