At 92 years of age Grammy Award winner and NEA American Jazz Master Yusef Lateef is one of the greatest living leaders of improvised music whose influence in the international music scene has spanned over 6 generations. This momentous Roulette event, Lateef’s first full evening of performance in New York in over 10 years, will feature 3 premieres of Lateef’s compositions and highly acclaimed musicians the Momenta Quartet, Adam Rudolph, Marty Ehrlich, JD Parran, Alan Won and Taka Kigawa.
