Frederic Yonnet w/ Special Guest Zap Mama at Iridium

Zap Mama joins urban jazz harmonicist Frédéric Yonnet when he returns to the Iridium Jazz Club in NYC for two highly anticipated shows on Monday, January 12th at 8PM and 10PM as part of the official Association of Arts Presenters Conference. Showcasing music from his Reed My Lips cd project, Yonnet will be accompanied by his 4-piece band and vocalist Maimouna Youssef.

Special guest Marie Daulne, known worldwide as Zap Mama will grace the stage proving a sampling of her unique vocal stylings. Using echo effects and loops, storytelling, sumptuous R&B grooves and visual effects, the Belgian-Congolese singer and international star creatively expresses sounds and storytelling with tone and pure voice.
