Save the date!
Central Park Conservancy partners with Jazzmobile to present the popular annual Great Jazz on the Great Hill festival.
This year’s lineup is a mix of jazz, swing, and blues. George Gee has more than 35 years of big band music under his belt, and Hicks has been bringing his act to jazz staples like the Cotton Club since he was 13. Bring a date for dancing and a picnic to enjoy. Or, purchase food from a variety of food trucks, including Kimchi Taco, Uncle Gussy’s Greek, and CoolHaus Gourmet Ice Cream Sandwiches. Family activities take place throughout the event.
Free and open to the public. No ticket required, but please RSVP on the Conservancy’s event website (www.centralparknyc.org/greatjazz) to let us know you’re coming. The Great Hill is accessible by ramp; people requiring wheelchair access information, please call 212-860-1370. Requests should be made at least one week prior to the event. In case of inclement weather, please the website for any changes. ...
