The Central Park Conservancy and Jazzmobile are delighted to welcome back Great Jazz on the Great Hill, a free community event that features a lineup of world-renowned jazz performers for New Yorkers, tourists, and visitors of all ages to enjoy while lounging or swing dancing in Central Park. This year’s concerts include a tribute to “Great Ladies in Jazz: Ella, Sarah, Dinah and Billie” and the legacy of Jimmy Heath, Saxophonist/Compiser/Bandleader/Educator. The event is weather permitting, and tickets are NOT required. No refreshments will be sold during the event.
