On June 4, 2011 at 8pm, Sarah presents a concert version of her jazz album "Convert Augustine" at the Church of St. Stephen. In a program divided into scenes such as "Questions", "Trial and Error" and "Conversion", Sarah tells the personal story of her own conversion to Catholicism through song and reflection on the meditations of St. Augustine and Thomas Merton. The performance features a band of piano, electric bass, drums, flute, clarinet and tenor saxophone and a quartet of singers backing Sarah as the lead vocalist. "Convert Augustine" promises a new and unique spiritual perspective in a traditional and reverent setting. Don't miss it!...
