Nelson Riveros, a New York City/International Jazz guitarist, composer, and vocalist, holds a Master's Degree in Jazz Performance from New Jersey City University. His hit recording 'The Latin Side of Wes Montgomery' on ZOHO Music spent 20 weeks on Jazz Week, reaching #2 for two weeks and staying in the Top 10 for 8 weeks, showcasing his talent for arranging Wes Montgomery's compositions in Latin and Caribbean rhythms. Nelson has collaborated with notable musicians like Hector Martignon, John Benitez, Mark Walker, and has performed at renowned venues and festivals globally. Additionally, he is an esteemed educator, having taught at the 92nd Street Y School of Music and Bergenfield School District, and is set to teach and perform at the Summer Jazz School in Grožnjan, Croatia, in July 2023. His debut recording 'Camino Al Barrio' peaked at #8 on the Jazz Week World Music Chart, and he has been nominated for 'Next Best Generation Artist' and 'Best Latin Jazz Guitar' at the 2010 Latin Jazz Corner Best of The Year Awards....
