Art:Side at Pier 79 and Elemental Events NYC Celebrate America’s greatest export…JAZZ!
Joy on Fire play an exciting blend of rock and jazz called fuzz-jazz. Formed in 2009 by jazz saxophonist and Peabody graduate Anna Meadors.
A soaring sax, and exotic percussion adds some swing to the group’s Zeppelinesque stomp.
Playing pieces from their first album, The Complete Book of Bonsai, recently mastered by Mat Leffler-Schulman at Mobtown Studios, and Recorded by Nick Cellinese.
CD's will be available.
