AMI was founded in 2008, as a multi-genre, international music agency committed to fostering the careers of some of the most culturally significant and forward thinking artists in the world. AMI develops its artists through focused touring initiatives and management of international performances through a network of AMI-affiliated agencies overseas . As the music industry evolves, AMI is devoted to creating new endeavors and to the advancement of live performance. AMI's unique Jazz Audience Development Program targets non-music students at colleges and universities and exposes them to jazz artists and their music through interactive discussion and performance
