Swing singer Martin McQuade pays homage to the Titanic 100 years after the ocean liner hit an iceberg and sank off the coast of Nova Scotia on April 15, 1912. Accompanied by pianist Jesse Gelber, McQuade will be performing the repertoire played by the house band on the Titanic that fateful evening.

Witness accounts reported that as the ship was sinking, the band played on exuding poise and calmness amidst the chaos around them. McQuade’s “A Night to Remember” is a tribute to those musicians who played with the pride and integrity that earmarked their time, La Belle Epoque.
