About
Brooklyn-based saxophonist Matt Parker returns to Cornelia Street Café with musicians featured on his debut album “Worlds Put Together” (BYNK Records), which has been receiving rave reviews, including being named by Downbeat as one of the best albums of 2014. Joining him will be drummer Reggie Quinerly, on whose Music Inspired by Freedmantown the saxophonist played and bassist Alan Hampton, who co-produced the CD with Parker. It's a group that navigates Parker's classic-cum-modern style exceptionally well.
