PROJECT Trio at Joe's Pub

PROJECT Trio—beat-boxing flutist Greg Pattillo, cellist Eric Stephenson and bassist Peter Seymour—takes chamber music to a whole new level, pushing the boundaries of classical music with a high-octane mix of jazz, hip-hop, and rock. Having successfully self-released several albums, the group is having a CD release party for their newest disc, their catalog-spanning Random Roads Collection on Tummy Touch Records. The Random Roads Collection includes tracks from each of the Trio’s earlier recordings Winter in June, Brooklyn and Project Trio on the Trio’s own record label, Harmonyville Records, along with two previously unreleased tracks. A fourth disc on the Harmonyville label is scheduled for the Fall. Each of PROJECT Trio’s recordings soared to the top of the iTunes charts upon their release.
