Founded by Deanna Witkowski in 1998 to release her first recording, Having to Ask (the disc was subsequently rereleased on Jazzline). After two more releases on other labels (Khaeon World Music and ArtistShare), Witkowski resurrected the label in 2009 to release her sacred jazz recording, From This Place.
