An evening of cutting-edge jazz by the award-winning VIJAY IYER TRIO. Vijay Iyer (piano), Stephen Crump (bass) and Marcus Gilmore (drums) will perform works from their albums including their most recent release, the critically acclaimed Accelerando. The 7:00pm concert will take place in a concert hall setting, and the 9:00pm concert will take place in a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer/Beverage) jazz club setting with a pre-concert discussion at 8:30pm led by David Adler (DownBeat Magazine, Time Out NY).
