Koktebel Jazz festival was established in 2003. It appeared as a private initiative (it's main founder and ideologist is Dmitriy Kiselev). Today Koktebel Jazz Festival is a huge movement and it is changing a world to better one. Outstanding music and people oriented atmosphere. Koktebel Jazz festival is one of a few premium-festivals with no entrance fee. Koktebel Jazz festival is an already developed brand well-known to people in all of the post-soviet countries and Eastern Europe.
