Join us for two nights of beautiful, smooth as glass jazz, in a presentation of the music of Paul Desmond and Jim Hall.

Alto Saxophonist Paul Desmond was well known as a member of the Dave Brubeck quartet for his composition "Take Five", and for his dry, melodic saxophone tone. Guitarist Jim Hall was a comparatively unsung hero from that same period, with a mellow guitar tone, and unique approaches to music and improvisation. Desmond and Hall toured and recorded together for many years in a quartet setting with a variety of rhythm sections, and produced some of the most engaging, lush, and beautiful jazz music ever made.
