She has been the featured vocalist with the legendary Larry Elgart Orchestra\, the St. Johns River City Band\, the University of North Florida JE 1 big band\, and many others.\nA former leader of the world-famous Dukes of Dixieland in New Orleans\, JB Scott toured with the Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra\, Al Hirt\, and other jazz notables\, and was featured on the PBS special\, “A Salute to Jelly Roll Morton” with legendary Danny Barker in Mahogany Hall. He is the Director of Jazz Studies at UNF\, Director of the Great American Jazz Concert Series\, Director of the award winning UNF JE 1 big band\, and jazz trumpet professor for over 24 years. A Warburton Signature Trumpet Artist\, JB’s playing influences include Freddie Hubbard\, Clark Terry\, Louis Armstrong\, to Doc Severinsen. Lisa and JB have released 6 acclaimed CD music projects\, and have been featured on countless others\, and on TV and radio. They co-lead small groups to big bands\, comprised of regarded musicians\, and teach at jazz camps.
