Paul Santa Maria, Melbourne resident, multi-stylistic guitarist, 4-time daytime EMMY award winner for music composition for PBS and film score composer will give an introduction and information from his book "The Guitar Explained". Essentially a "free guitar lesson", Paul will explain why orchestral music theory is radically alien to the guitar (have you ever seen a guitar as a regular member of an orchestra? This is why you shouldn't be studying orchestral piano theory for guitar applications!) and give examples right out of his book as to why you need to study "guitar-centric" theory instead and reveal the truth about how to play guitar like a master!
