The legendary Benny Golson, backed by the Flying Horse Big Band, headlines the UCF Orlando Jazz Festival, Rhythm & Blues and Soul Revue for 2014! March 21st the UCF All-Star High School Jazztet, talent from a national search, opens for Mr. Golson. The Jazz Professors, who ha the #39 Jazzweek Top 100 Album of 2013, close. On March 22nd, the big big voice of New Jersey soul singer T-Bone, NYC guitar legend Mitch Stein, Avril Lavigne drummer Rodney Howard, and the Flying Horse Big Band put on a Rhythm & Blues and Soul Revue with the music of James Brown, John Lennon, Bob Marley, Donald Fagen, Sting, War, The Spinners, Stevie Ray Vaughan and many more!
