Billy Flanigan Hosts Singers Open Mic Night accompanied by Kelly DeWayne Richards – Popular Disney entertainer Billy Flanigan encourages patrons to share their vocal talents upstairs in Pilars Loft. Entertainers range from the exceptionally talented professionals in our community to novice regulars\, all welcomed and encouraged to participate as a singer or a listener to the variety of voices on display.
