The second evening of the UCF Orlando Jazz Fest is headlined by New Jersey's own T-Bone, guitarist Mitch Stein and the UCF Flying Horse Big Band, who perform Jazz takes on the Jazz-inspired classics of Crosby Stills Nash & Young, John Lennon, War, Van Morrison, Donald Fagen, The Main Ingredient and many more on night two of the Festival.
