Après une solide formation en flûte classique et contemporaine, Emilie Calmé a également étudié le bansuri à Bombay avec le flûtiste indien Hariprasaad Chaurasia. C'est une expérience riche qui l'a influencée fortement dans le jeu et la composition, mais pour ce 1er album "flûte poésie", accompagnée de musiciens des plus inspirants du moment, elle choisi de revisiter des standards.
