Boney Fields belongs to that generation of African-American artists born to tame all audiences.  Boney fuses funk and blues, those two sides of the same Great Black Music, with all the experience of a career spent touring all over the world with legendary playing-partners such as Lucky Peterson, Luther Allison, James Cotton, Buddy Guy, Little Milton, Jimmy Johnson, Fred Wesley and many others. He lives and breathes for being on stage, and wherever they go, Boney Fields and his band leave behind them a trail of jubilant, high-energy powder.

Boney Fields appartient à cette génération d’artistes Afro-Américains nés pour dompter la scène.  Le funk et le blues, ces deux versants d’une même Great Black Music, il les fusionne avec tout le savoir-faire d’une carrière passée à arpenter les festivals du monde entier, avec des partenaires de jeu légendaires tels que Lucky Peterson, Luther Allison, James Cotton, Buddy Guy, Little Milton, Jimmy Johnson, Fred Wesley etc ..Il ne vit que pour le live et partout où ils passent, Boney Fields et son Band laissent derrière eux comme une trainée de poudre hautement énergétique et jubilatoire.
