Premier duo de la carte blanche : Enzo Carniel retrouve le saxophoniste alto Ludovic Ernault, son compagnon de route depuis plus de 10 ans.Au programme : un répertoire mêlant standards revisités et compositions originales, nourri par l’univers poétique de Lee Konitz, Charlie Haden et Jimmy Giuffre.Enzo Carniel, pianiste de jazz né en 1987, se forme au CNSM de Paris après des études de médecine et remporte plusieurs distinctions dont le prix du soliste à Porquerolles. Il fonde le quartet House of Echo, mêlant jazz, improvisation et influences électroniques, avec plusieurs albums salués par la presse. Sa musique puise autant dans la tradition jazz que dans l'expérimentation contemporaine. Il codirige le projet NO(w) Beauty, nommé « Groupe français de l’année » par les rédactions de Jazz Magazine et Jazz News en 2023. Parallèlement à sa carrière de musicien, il enseigne au Conservatoire de Montreuil et au PSPBB.
